The inner ring of an aligning ball bearing has two raceways, and the outer ring has a spherical raceway, the center of which is located on the bearing shaft. The bearing has self-aligning characteristics, hence the name.
Aligning ball bearings can withstand radial loads, but they are not suitable for axial loads. Suitable for low or medium speed applications only
The following types are available for KMTT
Open and RS
Straight bore and conical bore
With C2, CN, C3, radial clearance. Extended inner ring
Pressed steel, machined brass or nylon cages
KMTT also offers tapered inner hole aligning ball bearings with lock sleeve
